Organic fertilizers
The main characteristic of organic fertilizers is their ability to gradually release nutrients, as a result of the mineralization process.
However, this process takes a few months. For this reason it is important to fertilize as early as autumn.
Organic fertilizers, in addition to providing the soil with the necessary elements for plant growth, are very important because they improve its structure and fertility.
The maximum root activity of fruit plants and vines occurs in autumn, before winter rest, and in spring. For this reason it is advisable to divide the nitrogen fertilization into two main interventions:
- Spring: after vegetative growth (2/3 of nitrogen)
- Autumn: about 1 month before leaf fall to encourage the accumulation of reserve substances (1/3)
TRIBU’ 3-3-3
It is an organic fertilizer based on cattle and equine manure. The pellets contain a large amount of organic substance (74%) and a very low degree of moisture, almost dehydrated (12%). This is because, at the end of the humification process, the water contained is eliminated by dehydration at low temperature in order not to burn the precious organic matter. It also has an optimal carbon/nitrogen ratio thanks to which, once distributed, it immediately comes into action improving the physical, chemical and microbiological characteristics of the soil.
DUETTO 3-3-7
It is suitable for fertilizing both crops with a fast growth rate (leaf and fruit vegetables) and plants, where quality is the most important factor in production (vines, fruits, ornamentals). Ideal from 2 year production.
GUANITO 6-15-3
It is an organic fertilizer whose raw material used is guano. The phosphorus (being of organic nature) does not undergo insolubilization processes, remaining during the months at the complete disposal of the plants. Ideal for fertilizing new plants.
PHENIX 6-8-15
Fertiliser with 50% organic matter and 7% moisture. The high potassium content improves the quality of production. Ideal to satisfy the fertilizations of the most demanding plants.
B-OLIVO 4-4-4
It is the specific organic fertilizer for the olive tree that, thanks to the addition of boron, a microelement fundamental for the vegetative development, promotes the synthesis of nucleic acids and chlorophyll. At the floral level, Boro improves the fruit set, reduces the cascola and increases the quantity and quality of the fruits.
