The modern cultivation pots used today in the nursery have characteristics such as to prevent the phenomenon of spiralization of the root system, in particular perforated and wavy structure.
On the contrary, the root systems of the plants grown in traditional pots, have a weaker, deformed and little branched root system. They are therefore also more vulnerable to pathogenic attacks and more prone to stress of various kinds.

Some examples of new generation pots are: the ERACLE POT, the ERCOLE POT and the FENICE POT.

ERACLE POT
The eracle pot adopts a perforated structure that promotes the growth of the roots of the plants but at the same time limits their elongation out of the pot.
To the anti-spiralization system is added a peculiarity in the structure: the Eracle Pots have in fact "feet" that detach the bottom of the pot from the ground ensuring an excellent combination of air and water and thus allowing a perfect growth of the roots. It is also lightweight, handy and available in various sizes.

ERCOLE POT
Thanks to the lateral holes on the structure, an aeration system is created, ensuring that the roots, coming into contact with the air and the light, self-prune, emit new roots and block their circular course, canceling the phenomenon of spiralization. It too is light and therefore very handy.
It is available in various sizes and shapes. From the classic circular pot with rectangular boxes to the super-hercules vase very large, and the one with a square base.

FENICE POT
It is a light, flexible and handy growing pot. It is available in various sizes and in the colors black and terracotta, has a high resistance to UV rays and is very robust.
The edge, even in large sizes, facilitates manual grip and movement. The presence of the cross bottom allows the roots to always have the correct ventilation and the plant can therefore grow healthier.

The main consequence of using these pots is the cancellation of transplant stress. In practice, the plants, once planted, show a greater rate of rooting than the plants rooted in the most common cylindrical and smooth containers.
